Hafa Adai! I’m Maria Felt, an established premier local island REALTOR®. Once a military spouse myself, I understand and relate to the difficult challenges that many military families will experience firsthand with an overseas PCS. I am originally from Manila, Philippines, and I’ve lived on Guam for over ten years. Over the years, I’ve grown into a military leasing and purchasing expert, highly familiar with the coordination of Navy and Air Force Housing Offices as well as VA lenders available for use on Guam. My passion to help service members and their families has landed my certification by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP). I’ve been an active member of the Guam Association of Realtors since 2017.

Leisurely, I enjoy the beautiful beaches that Guam offers with my Son, family, and friends. I am also a Dean's List student at the University of Phoenix where my plan is to major in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and I continue to seek professional and personal development opportunities. Actively, I take part in the mentorship program in American Corporate Partners (ACP) for military spouses.
